Something I've been working on for you…

Hi Reader,

I want to tell you about something I've been working on behind the scenes, and if you've been following along for a while, you'll understand why I'm so excited about it.

But first, a quick personal update, because I think it's relevant to what I'm about to share.

As some of you know, I had a knee replacement recently after years of living with a malformed knee joint. It's a fairly big surgery and I went into it having done everything I could to prepare my body well. What happened on the other side genuinely surprised even me. No severe swelling. My range of motion at three weeks post-op was what the physio typically expects to see at six weeks. My surgeon was really pleased and I was obviously delighted.

I've spent nearly 30 years immersed in holistic health and I genuinely believe my recovery came down to one thing above everything else: low systemic inflammation going into the surgery. When your body isn't fighting a constant low-grade inflammatory battle before a significant physical stress, it has so much more capacity to heal from it.

I live and breathe this, I know that. But experiencing it so directly in my own body was a reminder of just how profoundly the foundations matter.

Which brings me to what I've been building.

One of the things I hear most often from women in this community is some version of the same thing. I know food matters. I just don't know how to make it work consistently when I'm exhausted, inflamed, and honestly a bit lost about where to start.

That's exactly what I built the Inflammation Reset for.

It's a 21-day naturopath-designed meal plan that lives inside the Well Nourished Family membership, built around one very specific goal: reducing your body's inflammatory load through real food, simple systems, and the foundations that actually move the needle, without restriction, without overwhelm, and without making you feel like you're on a diet.

Not a quick fix, because those don't exist and I'm not going to pretend they do. A genuine reset of the conditions your body needs to reduce inflammation and start feeling like itself again.

It's available now inside the membership, and I'd love for you to try it.

Not quite ready to commit? I've also put together a free Inflammation Quiz to help you understand what might be driving inflammation in your body right now. It's a good place to start if you want to get clear on the picture before you dive in.

As always, if you have any questions just hit reply and I'll get back to you.

RECIPES | WELLNESS HUB | HEALTHY KIDS | SHOP Hi Reader, The other day I stopped scrolling at a woman who claimed to be 68 but looked about 40 max. No obvious signs of surgery, fillers, or filters, just flawless, timeless skin. She sold a supplement stack she said had "reverse aged" her. I showed my son and he said, "Duh Mum, that's AI." 🙄 When I looked into the account I was genuinely astounded by the reach and level of engagement it had. And since stopping there, the algorithm has been...

RECIPES | WELLNESS HUB | HEALTHY KIDS | SHOP Hi Reader, Everyone's talking about protein right now, and honestly, for good reason, it matters enormously for energy, blood sugar stability, muscle health and keeping hunger at bay. But in all the noise around protein, it's easy to forget that fibre and healthy fats are just as important for long-term health, and that real nourishment comes from getting the balance right, not just hitting a single number. That's why every recipe inside the Well...

RECIPES | WELLNESS HUB | HEALTHY KIDS | SHOP Hi Reader, I get asked a lot about what healthy eating actually looks like in practice, and my honest answer is usually a little unexpected.Because the healthiest women I've worked with over nearly three decades aren't doing anything extreme. They're not following a particular diet or protocol. They're not tracking their macros or using wearable health devices. They're not spending a fortune on supplements or waking up at 5am to optimise their...
