After nearly 30 years I've realised

Hi Reader,

I get asked a lot about what healthy eating actually looks like in practice, and my honest answer is usually a little unexpected.

Because the healthiest women I've worked with over nearly three decades aren't doing anything extreme. They're not following a particular diet or protocol. They're not tracking their macros or using wearable health devices. They're not spending a fortune on supplements or waking up at 5am to optimise their morning.

Here's what they're actually doing. πŸ‘‡

They eat enough food. They nourish their bodies without guilt, they listen to their hunger (and fullness cues), and they don't overthink it. Their diet is mostly real food, cooked at home, because they know that's what feels best.

They eat processed food sometimes, when life calls for it, without spiralling.
They may drink coffee. They eat sugar sometimes. They might have a glass of wine. They're moderate with all of it, without making any of it a big deal in either direction.

They've never followed a diet. They're not fixated on how their body looks. When symptoms arise they get curious rather than anxious, and they act early before anything becomes chronic. They're open-minded, constantly learning, and not remotely interested in what anyone else thinks of their choices.

They move their bodies regularly in a way that feels good to them, not because they should, not because they're hitting a step target, but because movement is simply part of how they live.

They prioritise sleep. They generally go to bed early and wake up early, and they protect that rhythm without being rigid about it.

They have routine and rhythm that feels grounding rather than restrictive. They're really good at setting boundaries and protecting their peace. They spend a lot of time outside. They're deeply connected to their community and the people they love.

They move through difficulty and come out more resilient. They’re rich in the things that actually matter - purpose, connection, and a genuine excitement about their life.

None of this is complicated. It's a rhythm, built on simple, consistent foundations, returned to again and again.

And that rhythm is exactly what the Well Nourished Family Membership is designed to support. Not perfection, just a really good, reliable system around food and nourishment that holds when life gets full.

If that sounds like what you're looking for, you can explore everything inside HERE.

RECIPES | WELLNESS HUB | HEALTHY KIDS | SHOP Hi Reader, I want to tell you about something I've been working on behind the scenes, and if you've been following along for a while, you'll understand why I'm so excited about it. But first, a quick personal update, because I think it's relevant to what I'm about to share. As some of you know, I had a knee replacement recently after years of living with a malformed knee joint. It's a fairly big surgery and I went into it having done everything I...

RECIPES | WELLNESS HUB | HEALTHY KIDS | SHOP Hi Reader, The other day I stopped scrolling at a woman who claimed to be 68 but looked about 40 max. No obvious signs of surgery, fillers, or filters, just flawless, timeless skin. She sold a supplement stack she said had "reverse aged" her. I showed my son and he said, "Duh Mum, that's AI." πŸ™„ When I looked into the account I was genuinely astounded by the reach and level of engagement it had. And since stopping there, the algorithm has been...

RECIPES | WELLNESS HUB | HEALTHY KIDS | SHOP Hi Reader, Everyone's talking about protein right now, and honestly, for good reason, it matters enormously for energy, blood sugar stability, muscle health and keeping hunger at bay. But in all the noise around protein, it's easy to forget that fibre and healthy fats are just as important for long-term health, and that real nourishment comes from getting the balance right, not just hitting a single number. That's why every recipe inside the Well...
